If you're like most people, you probably conjure up some kind of tranquil setting that belongs on a Hallmark card, rather than the busy—and often loud and chaotic —reality of most of our lives. But what if finding Christmas quiet isn’t about eliminating the noise and mess of our day-to-day lives? What if it is more about eliminating unnecessary excess and unrealistic expectations so we can grasp moments of beauty and meaning right smack in the middle of the crazy?

That is the topic of this week's episode.
